Description

Fluid bed opposed jet mill is widely used in the pharmaceuticals, chemicals, metallurgy, mine, energy, electronics, medicine, pesticide, plastic, paper-making, pigment, painting, dyestuff, grinding-stuff, food and cosmetics industries.

Fluidized bed airflow crusher can be applied to crush high-pure product, such as polymer material, advanced electromagnetic material, magnetic material, semiconductor material, fine chemical powder, reagent, chemicals and activator, heat-sensitive materials, etc.

 

Working Principle

Micro jet particle size reduction system consists of air storage tank, freeze dryer, air compressor, hopper, opposed jet milling chamber, cyclong separator and dust collector. The fresh compressed air from the air storage tank is processed into supersonic airflow and ejected into the milling chamber to collide the particles into micron class powder. Then the fine powder having reached the required size will be released by the grading device on top of the jet pulverizer and collected by the dust collecting box.
